Shipping Policy & Delivery Times

We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Once your payment is confirmed, we process and ship your items as fast as possible. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or customs processing. Thank you for your patience and support!


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

  • Allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and dispatched.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local US time) will begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages to speed up delivery.

Note: International shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control. Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed, but we always aim for prompt delivery.


Change or Cancel an Order

We begin processing orders immediately, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return per our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

All prices on the website are listed in USD ($) for US customers. For international payments, currency conversion fees may apply.


Product Availability

We make every effort to keep all items in stock. Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s website.

  • If your tracking shows “label created” for a few days, it simply means your package is waiting for its first scan.
