Refund Policy

Refund & Returns Policy – Designers Scarf (US)

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items not eligible for return (for hygiene or personalization reasons):

  • Worn scarves or hijabs

  • Intimate or personal wear (e.g., undercaps)

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products

  • Custom or personalized items


Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Returns are received after 30 days from delivery.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank or credit card account.

  • Contact your card provider — refunds can take time to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange for the same product, email us at info@designerscarf.com.


Gifts

  • If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for its value.

  • If the gift was sent to the recipient first, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will deduct the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
